I’ve put a bunch of event/show dates into the calendar. I’m missing a lot of info for them. So, if you see your show/event listed and have more info on it for me, get it to me asap.

If your club has a show and wants to have it listed, the below is what I need.

Here’s what I need for shows/events:

Name of show/event:

Name of Host Club (co-hosting club and Headlining sponsor if you have one):

Date(s) of show/event:

Time of show/event (start roll-in/reg, to end of):

Cost of show/event (pre-reg and at the gate):

Name of Venue (where it’s being held at, ie: name of state park, fairgrounds, etc.):

Address of Venue:

Contact info:

For the contact info, they need to know who to get in touch with for questions, phone number (not req), and an email.

If you’re looking for sponsors and/or vendors, also state that.
