September, and pretty much the outdoor car show season, wrapped up with Lay’d Out’s Royal Flush Charity Car and Truck Show benefiting the Ronald MacDonald House. The show was an evening event, and it was held at Garage Plus in Spanaway, WA.

There was definitely a mix of rides that showed up, and it was great to visit with those that did make it out, because there are a lot of them that I won’t see again until spring. I’m really happy with those that did turn out for this, because the event had some very personal meaning to it for one of the members.

Although the turnout was a little on the low side, the people that did make it really stepped up to the plate and raised over $800. Thank you to those that attended and donated.

Lay’d Out is planning a show for in the spring, and as soon as I get details and dates I’ll post it in the calendar.
